Refund Policy

1. Refund Requirements:

  • The item should be unused and in its original condition, as received. We suggest recording the unboxing process to expedite support.
  • The original packaging, including the box, must be intact.
  • Refunds won’t be processed for items lost due to recent damage, missing components, altered condition, or noticeable signs of wear.
  • Significant wear and tear, suggesting the product’s intended use is nearing its end, is not eligible for return.
  • Items with missing or damaged labels are ineligible for return.
  • Custom-made or custom-ordered products (eg. items with names on, items with color/pattern changed upon Customers’ request) cannot be refunded.
  • We can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like personal preferences, including changes in size after receiving the correct size from your order, material or color dissatisfaction. However, we’re glad to offer you a discount code for future purchases.
  • We don’t accept refund requests due to package loss if we have provided you with a shipping label confirming package delivery to the address you provided.

We can only start the refund process once we receive your returned items. Please return the product to us first. For more information, please read our Return Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email notification to confirm its receipt. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days after the problem is resolved and confirmed. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow for additional processing time by your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refund:

If you haven’t received your refund after we notified you, please double-check your bank account first.

Second, you can contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted.

Finally, please contact your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

Items did not arrive:

If you successfully placed an order but have not yet received it, even though the tracking status indicates that it has been delivered. You should contact the carrier to locate your Bags because once the item is bagged, we have no control over it (once it is in the hands of the carrier), but if the problems persist, please email us at support@emmaxtee.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Tracking information is not always available. This could be due to technical issues that prevent the tracking information from being updated on the app. In such cases, please contact us if you are still unable to locate your item.
