Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support via email at [email protected] before sending your package. Please provide details of your issue and wait for our response. Any items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
  2. Once you receive our approval for the return, carefully pack all the items you wish to return.
  3. Download and print the return label provided, which includes the return address. Affix the return label to the package securely.
  4. Visit your local post office or another courier service to ship the package to the provided return address.
Return Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which amount to $5 USD. Please note that a restocking fee of $5 USD will also be applied.

Return Confirmation and Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email notification to confirm its receipt. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days after the problem is resolved and confirmed. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow for additional processing time by your bank or payment provider.
